Analysis of chemometric profile by means of polyphenolic content in fig leaves from Tuscany were performed. Analysis were made by HPLC-MS, Folin- Ciocalteau method , DPPH and ORAC tests. Results confirmed that fig leaves could be an useful source of polyphenolic compounds and that phytochemical fingerprinting combined with chemometric analysis can be used to characteriza fig germplasm.
