MOTILL - Mobile Technologies in Lifelong Learning: best practices - Quality Assurance Manual

The QAM is structured following the EFQM schema. After a brief introduction to the project background - including an explanation of the mission, the vision, and the core concepts of the MOTILL project - the document describes Enablers, Results and Innovation and Learning features. The main MOTILL Enabler is the organization of the Leadership and Management, structured in the Work Packages, in charge of defining Policies and Strategies, aimed at managing Partnerships and Processes[not quite sure what this means]. The Results are divided into Processes/Sub-processes Deliverables, and Key Performance Results. The Innovation and Learning aspects are designed to involve Partnership and Stakeholders in dissemination and exploitation.
