This report is aimed at summarising the principal results of the MOTILL project after six-month activities. It is only reserved to the consortium membership and it is not an official report. In this document the objectives and methodologies applied are indicated and the organization of the activities is discussed. The principal results during this period were a construction of a common framework to study the impact of the mobile technologies on the lifelong learning policies, the definition of a shared procedure to select and review the papers for the Scientific Annotated Review Database (SARD); the organization of the Partnership Virtual Community (PVC). In particular, the report will speak about the process used to define the common vision and the key concepts of the project, the organization of some social network tools, and the main methodologies applied in the SARD construction. Also the implementation of a template to carry out the review process will be described and the quality issues highlighted. The comparison between planned and attained deliverables will be carried out and the report will highlight that the time scheduled for the project has been correctly applied, no relevant deviations have been reported, and a good level of collaboration between the members of the consortium has been attained. In this regard, the various work packages will be analyzed and the main results listed using EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management) as common framework for the quality management. Finally, the plans for the future will be briefly summarized.
