The Communication Plan of the MOTILL Project defines the objectives, tools and targets required for programming the communication activities of the MOTILL group. MOTILL will involve researchers and national/local agencies in the definition of strategic plans, to increase their awareness of the possible impacts of mobile technologies on LLL, and provide educators with the technological / methodological scaffolding necessary to implement these policies. In the long term, the MOTILL project aims to increase the percentage of people involved in training programs. The communication plan is, therefore, conceived to be as flexible as possible and to respond rapidly to changes in the relationships between researchers and policy makers which will occur during the ongoing project. It must be a tool which can be used to plan the activities, promote participation and stimulate dialogue between the various interlocutors involved in the LLL sector, in order to ensure transparency and highlight the results of the project

Abstract
