The prototype Nutribox (https://nutribox.store/; TRL7) namely the conceptualization, website construction and development of six categorized nutribox was carried out during the first approved and co-funded proposal ICONSS by EitFood (n° 20431). This basic platform was upgraded and extended in the co-funded Nutribox project with many improvements and modification to the platforms. In particular, an etension to other consumers categories beyond the 6 vulnerable categories already addressed (namly allergics to milk, allergics to egg, celiacs, diabetics, vegetarians and standard consumers) was performed. The logo already drafted under the ICONSS project was refined and improved in its design and colours to comply with the requirement to undergo trademark protection in Italy. New tag and corresponding logo were also optimized for the new Nutribox designed.
