The Grant Agreement of the DrapeBot project [2] formally regulates that open access must be ensured to scientific publications in section 29.2 and to research data in section 29.3.In the context of the FAIR principles, this document covers two important topics related to data management:- Data sharing within the DrapeBot consortium and- Making data available to the public, the scientific community and anyone outside the project. The document is structured along the general template for a data management plan in H2020. Section 2 outlines the data that is expected to be generated within the DrapeBot project. Section 3 describes measures to make published data FAIR. The plan for allocation of resources for data management in DrapeBot is presented in section 4. The approach to handling data security is outlined in section 5. Section 6 deals with ethical aspects related to data acquisition. The layout for documentation of data sets in a structured way within DrapeBot is presented in section 7. Final conclusions are provided in section 8.This document is a living document and will be updated over the course of the project.
