Nutritionally balanced, safe food-boxes have been designed for 4 vulnerable categories encompassing allergics to milk, allergics to egg, celiacs, diabetics and two other categories including vegetarians and consumers without diet restrictions. A subcontract was selected for the development of the e-commerce platform integrating an Application Programming Interface (API) to trace the consumer on the territory: and E-commerce web site and a logo marker were created with ad hoc graphics to increase visibility and underline the high quality of the scientific work done based on the production of food boxes; merchandiser products to be proposed in the food-box prototype were also created were also designed in order to attract more consumers in the virtual market.
